Perfect Place To Relax After Exploring Knoxville!

We had a great weekend stay here! Property was very clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the patio and using the fire pit.

Great place for short stay

This is a beautiful little house that is conveniently located near UT. We stayed here for one night and it met all the expectations for a short stay. This property has been taken care of and the owners have done a great job updating the place. Will definitely use this vrbo again

Nice little cottage

Came to town with another couple to move our sons into a new apartment and this was a perfect location to relax after a day of moving. Well stocked and clean. Quiet neighborhood and would stay again.

The house is very nice and was exactly as listed online. We loved that you provided toiletries and were able to laundry onsite. The yard was big and beautiful. We were visited by deer, turkeys, blue jays and cardinals ❤️ Very happy with our stay!

Enjoy your stay

Always our go to place when in the area. Love all the little extras in the home -laundry soap, paper towels, dish tablets and lots of towels. Bathroom is also stocked with a hair dryer, soaps and shower items. We enjoy the big backyard and patio. Would definitely recommend

Great little house

It was easy to find. Check in was a breeze. Everything we needed was there and the kitchen was well equipped. I really liked the toiletries that were provided. We had a low battery on the entry keypad and notified the manager. They replaced the batteries the next day. We would definitely stay there again!

A cute cottage!

We stayed here while on a college tour trip in Knoxville. The property was beautiful, clean and well stocked. Pictures don't do it justice. It was cold while there so we couldn't enjoy the patio but we hopefully can next time. The property managers were communicative and helped answered all our questions. Strongly recommend!

Very comfortable house, only 2 small complaints. No where to eat as the bar stools were too low for the bar. And we had to use our own apps to use the tv, no cable or antenna provided.
