- Rental Agreement will need to be signed after your booking. A email will be

- Security Deposit Required
- No more guest then the number stated on the listing are permitted at the property at any time, This includes children (infants) of all ages.
- No smoking inside of the home but outside is fine
- No events
- No parties (If host finds out there is a party you agree to terminate your listing with zero refund and leave the property)
- There is an exterior security camera facing the driveway

CHECKOUT PROCEDURES
- Throw away anything in refrigerator and freezer
- Take trash from each trash can (kitchen and bathroom) to the trash can right outside.
- Please make sure dishes are clean. Please either start the dishwasher or if there is not a dishwasher please hand wash.
