We are so excited to bring our home to the rental market for the first time, we look forward to sharing it with you. We know our home will be your favorite getaway on the Outer Banks. Enjoy a unique semi-oceanfront vacation home with 100% unobstructed views of the ocean and vegetated dune line.

This home includes:

· 5 master suites
· A kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook a 5-Star Meal
· 8 TVs throughout the home – one in every bedroom, the bar Area, the Living room and a TV in the Tiki Bar for sunday afternoon sports.
· Gas fireplace in the living room and grand master suite
· Three wine coolers, 2 commercial ice makers
· Professionally decorated with custom furniture
· All upgraded mattresses for the most comfortable night’s sleep Ever

Additional Notes:
· The electric awnings over the grill and in the back of the house are not for renter use due to prior misuse

Direct beach access with pedestrian friendly crosswalk

Pool is open April 15-October 15 and is NOT heated. Hot Tub available all year for guest use.

PET INFO: We do allow you to bring your four legged friend with you and have a fenced in backyard and dog crate available inside. We do only allow ONE dog with a $150 non refundable pet fee and ask that you please clean up behind your dog. Please note that each town has different leash laws for bringing your pets on the beach. Please reference the Town of Kitty Hawk's website for more detailed information (https://www.outerbanks.org/plan-your-trip/beaches/pets-on-the-beach/).

Loved that you just walked across the street and you were on the beach, pool and hot tub were enjoyed every day! Bathroom in every bedroom and extra one by the pool. Outside shower was a plus. Kitty Hawk vacation

This was a perfect home for our extended family of 10. The house was ideal for all our needs and the proximity to the beach was ideal. We had perfect weather to enjoy the tiki bar, pool and hot tub as well. We also spent a few early mornings sipping coffee on the front porch. My grandson loved it so much that he is already planning his vacation next year at the very same house!
