Welcome to the Cooper: This is a one-of-a-kind semi-oceanfront Ships Watch home. It has two Master King suites, two Twin Bedrooms, and a separate private Den with a Queen pull-out sleeper sofa. This house sleeps 10. This home has a “reverse floor plan” that has the bedrooms on the lower level and a “great room” with a Living room, Kitchen, and Dining area upstairs for exceptional views. The two Master suites have bathtubs with Jacuzzi whirlpools. This house has a remodeled, modern Kitchen that has an indoor grill and a Sub-Zero refrigerator. Just steps away from the ocean, the house offers spectacular views of the ocean from multiple decks. After a day in the sun, you can relax in the hot tub on the upper-level deck.
Ships Watch amenities include easy walking distance to either the ocean or the sound. We have a swimming pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. On the sound, we have a 100-yard pier offering fishing and crabbing opportunities as well as beautiful sunset views. The nearby town of Duck offers many small shops, stores, galleries, and restaurants.
Ships Watch amenities include easy walking distance to either the ocean or the sound. We have a swimming pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. On the sound, we have a 100-yard pier offering fishing and crabbing opportunities as well as beautiful sunset views.
