The towels were old and some had yellow stains … yuk … the pillows and mattress were lumpy and uncomfortable … the tourist information was shoved in a drawer and there was no pen or notepad … pretty standard in hotel rooms … Elora is such a pretty place … it is too bad management doesn’t take better care of the premises … the sink stopper didn’t work properly … couldn’t drain the water … there were old blood stains on the mattress protector … gross … on the good side … the sheets were clean … the hotel was quiet and the air conditioner worked … not worth the $155.00 I spent for the night.

I prepaid, so the check-in was quick and easy, the room is very clean and tidy. There is a bit of traffic noise, but only to be expected because of the location.

Excellent room for the price. Staff it is very nice! just have to ring the bell. We had family event - and everything was easy to get to. Downtown is closer then you think. Subway is next door if you need some easy food. Room was clean - you always expect less - and it was really good!

Bathroom needs to be properly cleaned. Gunk all over the extractor fan. Bath faucet loose. Door to room sticks and not able to double lock. Furniture old and chipped. Room smelt of something oil? Cleaner?

The toilet was dirty at the bottom which grossed me out and the bedding in between the top sheet was also dirty and gross. The person who served me when I came was friendly but didn’t have much customer service or anything. Just got my keys and that was it.
