Property is in desperate need of improvements. Checked in and elevator was not working. Fortunately fixed within 2 hours. Room was dated and need of upgrades. The stains on carpet were disgusting. Carpets had many stains, shower curtain moldy on bottom, remote control sticky. Asked for different room and surprise...it was fully booked. We booked for two nights and left after 1 night. Breakfast was okay, probably a 6 out of 10. Booked hotel approx. 1.5 months in advance. Told the front desk we were leaving and indicated that the room we had was subpar. No refund offered but didn't care-we were out of there. I am surprised they would even rent it out that room with the stains and upgrades required. Looks like they have completed some renovations to property (maybe some rooms) but not ours. Very dated, I think cleaning staff does the best they can do but it is hard when the room has stains, missing paint, old furnishings, and generally in somewhat disrepair. Staff were polite until we indicated our concerns to the front desk person at check out. We stayed in this hotel before, was a nice place at that time obviously owners have not kept up with capital repairs. When you own a property, ongoing updates are necessity or guess what...you get unhappy reviews. It could be a better place. Should have gave me a renovated room-don't rent out the old, not worth the negative review. Well the gamble was yours-congratulations!!!

Thank you for your feedback. We are constantly upgrading the property and have been working towards creating a clean, comfortable place to stay for our guests. We are sorry that you were not able to enjoy the newer areas of the hotel. We will continue to work on our property and we hope you will give us another chance in the future
