Stayed 3 nights and had a fantastic experience. Good neighborhood with easy access to any amenity. The unit is clean and tidy with lots of natural light and storage space. Bedrooms and bathroom are nicely appointed and comfortable. Spacious kitchen with plenty of counter space. Everything was in working order.To top it off, Kate's a wonderful host who provided timely, clear communication throughout, making it super easy from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again, terrific value!

We enjoyed our stay here. The host did a good job and the condo was very clean. The 2 parking spots were a perk. There's plenty of space in kitchen cupboards, which made it easy to store groceries for the week we were there. We loved the modern yet homey interior decorating of this rental unit. The colour scheme is warm, peaceful and inviting. The beds are comfortable. The rooms look nice and the owner made good use of the space. The living room has the dining table on one side of it, as well as 2 kitchen bar stools. So with all the seating combined, it was good for hosting a couple guests. Otherwise there's just a 2-3 seat couch or sofa in the living room. It is located in a quiet cul de sac too, which was a nice surprise. It's also just a few minutes away from the main highway. So it's good for commuting or getting around the city.

Kitchen disappointment - no reimbursement

The kitchen fridge was not working and we lost all of the perishable food we had purchased due to this. Although the owner eventually supplied a small bar fridge as a replacement, it was too late to save the food. No reimbursement for the food was provided even though I provided a receipt of foods purchased and a total of how much of the food was placed in the fridge. They queried the total and then stopped communicating. The kitchen itself had plenty of space, but the utensils and pans were very old. One knife handle completely disintegrated when picked up and two pans were worn and the bottom had beveled on one pan. They were well past being usable. I waited a few weeks before placing this review, giving the owner time to make this right. It didn't happen. We would not stay there again due to this.
