Smart lock code is used to check in and is given via Airbnb message prior to the check-in date.

This unit is private and not shared. Guests has access to the whole basement unit.

• Quiet hours 10pm–7am. Noise complaints are taken seriously — be considerate of neighbours.
• No smoking of any kind indoors. A fine of up to $500 will be charged if smoke is detected to cover professional remediation.

• No open flames — candles and incense are not permitted.
• One parking spot included. Do not park in additional spots without authorization.
• No shoes indoors.
• Check-out: please wash dishes or run the dishwasher if available, bag and dispose garbage, return any moved furniture to its original position and leave the space as you found it.
