Sunny apartment with two bedrooms, large sun terrace in south-west orientation with a view of the Gaisberg. New building from 2018, now completely high quality and lovingly furnished. Double room with a large box spring bed and a bedroom with two single beds. Ideal for families with two children or a couple. Kitchen fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and eating, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, music system for Bluetooth with your device, TV with internet, washing machine and dryer. A large bathroom with bathtub and separate shower with rain function.
Parquet flooring, underfloor heating and modern, loving furnishings in a modern country house style.

Great location and very comfortable setup for family if 4. Only suggest to have a few basics such as toilet paper and paper towels when guests arrive. We went to store to purchase so it worked out fine, Otherwise we found all we needed. It was easy walk to lifts where we stored our stuff so we did not need to transport back and forth.

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick in die Natur (Berge). Super Anbindung an die örtliche Infrastruktur. Damit ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Ausflüge und Sport.Die Umgebung bietet ein abwechslungsreiches Freizeitprogramm, ob Wanderungen (Gaisberg), Freizeitpark (Ellmau), Erlebnistheme Fügen (Zillertal), Kino in Wörgl oder der Besuch der umliegenden Orte (Kitzbühel, St. Johann etc.). Wir selbst haben dabei viel den ÖPNV der ÖBB genutzt, da dieser im Rahmen der Gästecard kostenlos nutzbar war. ... Super toller Aufenthalt, wunderschöne Landschaft.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung in Kirchberg/Tirol war rundum gelungen. Besonders positiv überrascht hat uns die moderne Wohnküche, die nicht nur top ausgestattet ist, sondern auch viel Platz zum gemeinsamen Kochen und Zusammensitzen bietet. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr gemütlich und die Betten unglaublich bequem – wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. Ein großes Plus sind die zwei Badezimmer, die den Aufenthalt mit mehreren Personen besonders angenehm machen. Alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Uns hat die Wohnung in Kirchberg insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber, bequem und gemütlich. In der Küche ist viel Platz, auf den Betten haben wir gut geschlafen und die Waschmaschine ist äußerst praktisch. Von Kirchberg aus kommt man sehr schnell zu vielen tollen Ausflugszielen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, Lage nah an der Straße war mit geöffnetem Fenster etwas laut, geschlossene Fenster leise. Bitte beim einchecken weitergeben , dass man für die Müllentsorgung den Schlaf Adel braucht. Konnten den Müll nur vor dem Schuppen entsorgen weißer Schlüssel ja in der Eohnung geblieben ist.

Die Ferienwohnung ist hell, geräumig, modern und in guter Lage. Aufzug und PKW-Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage runden das Paket ab. Supermärkte, Apotheke und Bushaltestelle sind in unmittelbarer Nähe! Sehr sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement mit schönem Balkon. Top Tiefgarage! Sehr gute Infrastruktur in der Nähe (Apotheke, Supermärkte…) und tolle Möglichkeiten, mit Kindern zu wandern. Wir waren für eine Woche Ende Mai 2023 in dieser wunderschön eingerichteten Wohnung. Wir hatten alles was wir benötigten. Die Einrichtung ist funktional und modern. Schöne Wohnung mit viel Platz

Für unseren Aufenthalt mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern war die großzügige Wohnung in Kirchberg ideal. Toll sind die kurzen Wege zum Badesee und zum Supermarkt, die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und die Tiefgarage. Das entschädigt für den etwas längeren Fußweg ins Zentrum und die Gewerbe in der Nachbarschaft.
