Not the best experience - definitely not worth the money we paid. 1- our room shower was not clean. 2- the coffee machine in our room did not have a pot; staff refused to replace or fix it. We were told, ah you can coffee tomorrow morning from breakfast room. I ended up boiling water in an old sauce pan for a cup of tee (this was literally waht the girl at the front desk told me to do)! 3- The young girl working on the front desk clearly had zero desire to work this job. The way she answered ... prrfff 4- Pool is not working. Which was very weir, because the pictures of the facility uploaded 1 week before I booked clearly showed the pool. Also none of the communications told me that pool is out of order for the past 3 years! Anyways, unfortunate, and wished I chose any of the nearby other options.

Pool was falsely advertised as open, and mattress was way too soft. Pillows had hard edges on them also. Had a better stay at courtyard. On a good note shower was spacious.and liked the full size fridge.
