For a wheelchair accessible room, beds were too high, hard to get in them. I'm short and i had to have someone open the lids for the hot items as i couldn't get them open high enough to stay. I use a walker and it was hard to get breakfast while pushing a walker. The room door was heavy to open and i had trouble again because i use a walker. The accessibility was limited to the bathroom. It was a little disappointing.
