If only there were a sixth star. What a great hotel. The bed was really comfortable and I loved the pillows. And for my first time the TV remote was understandable. I’ll definitely be staying here on my return trip. Great staff. Excellent in every way!!

The condition of the bathroom wasn’t good, it wasn’t dirty per se but rather run down. The curtains were old and need replacement as they had mildew the ceiling was peeling and the tile was really cold. It was noisy until 1 am, difficult to sleep. Breakfast was good!

The staff were helpful but the stay was not what we expected at all. The crib that we were given to borrow was broken, breakfast was awful (only hard boiled eggs, no meat at all and pancakes that took forever to make but still felt undercooked), and the pillows and bed were uncomfortable. Wish we had stayed somewhere else!

Great value for the $$ if you're not expecting a 5 star hotel. Rooms were clean, spacious and quite comfortable. Only complaint is for the love of baby puppies, time to upgrade your TV's. A 15 year old TV with lines running top to bottom on the right hand side warrants 1 star off.

The staff were lovely. Room was clean. Complaint- pools were not very clean, strong odor. Hallways smelt, and very cold from doors being opened. The room needed 4 humidifiers because of how dry it was. Overall, it was mediocre.
