The hotel was very clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and everything looked very clean. There was plenty of parking. It's an out of town location, i.e. it would be a long walk into the town from there, but if you're looking for a room in the area, then this hotel is a great choice. My daughter is at university in Kingston so we're likely going to be staying there repeatedly on visits.

Tiny cups of coffee is a drawback although I understand you can also get gourmet from machine. Always line ups waiting. Have that machine and a regular coffee machine for those that want a normal size cup of coffee

Our room had a very loud noise. They did not know where it was coming from . They had no other room available for us. We had to find another hotel at the last minute. At least Expedia was able to give us a refund for the room .
