Not Ready for Guest.

Security was not informed of our booking or arrival date. Had a late arrival after 8 PM, tried to check at about 10 and security had to be making calls to let us in. Property entrance makes exiting on a busy two lane street challenging.Apt was fairly clean however the doors leading to the bedrooms and bothrooms hand greasy smudges all over. There was limited Pots and Pans. Could not fry an egg.
