Was given a disabled room and was told that's what I order on Expedia and I did not. Staff change to room, when to the new room floor and room, Disable room again. Went down to the lobby again and told the clerk she gave us a disabled room again. Told her we will go elsewhere if it happens again. She was saying that it was our preference, which I told it wasn't. Finally got a room but the lay out of the room was very awkward. Bathroom split in half at each end of the room and a closet in the middle. The t.v. was getting bad reception. One coffee cup and the exhaust fan ran continuously in each bathroom all night long and where very noisy. Will never say here again

Room was clean and the layout was good. Toilet was difficult to flush which was annoying. Remote batteries were dead. The main issue was breakfast. We got down to breakfast at 8:40, 20 mins before the end. The eggs, oatmeal, and other options were gone and not replenished. Sausage and breads were left. We are gluten free so we didnt get any breakfast. It was really disappointing, even the $60 a night hotels can manage to restock their food items during the breakfast hours.

Perfect location if coming from Cali to Grand Canypn. The room was very nice and love that toilete was separate from shower. Just think sink in toilete area should have a soap dish rather than 2 mirrors. Breakfast was full including a meat, egg and waffle bar and oatmeal bar. Definitely well priced room for all amenities available.
