Great location. Nice layout of the lobby and eating area.

Our bed was poorly made up, with the cover just thrown over the top. They had very small shampoo and conditioner, we had to ask for more. They didn't replace all the cups in the room every day.

We booked a room for one night. We checked in around almost 9pm and the person who was working the front desk checked us in but did not inform us about the check out time, breakfast, where the pool or any thing else they had there was located. Being informed, that would be something that someone who was working front desk would do for their guest. It was around 7-8am where we were woken up by the house keepers knocking on the doors in our floor saying they were from house keeping. First of all, no house keepers should be knocking on every other door to bother their guests. Secondly, they could have waited until near check out time which was 11am. Lastly, it scares other guests because who knows if they were house keepers or some robbers. We checked out near 11am. The person who was working at the front desk was still talking on the phone but was willing to check out another guest that was in front of us. (The guest who was checked out and us both got off the elevator and was heading towards the front desk at the same time) But she proceeded to make us wait for a few minutes while she was on the phone. HOW RUDE! She could have continued to check us out as well and put whoever was on the phone on hold for a few seconds.

Room temperature set max at 68 degrees at night, old people or guests from warm countries probably are not hotel's target clientele. Room cannot be black out. Loud squeaky bathroom door - fixed in the afternoon but squeaks came back at night. Had to take cold shower on my 4th day of stay. Hotel should act proactively to inform guests boiler had broken down, and offer compensation for the inconvenience, rather than wait for angry guests to call to find out what was going on.

Location and access to Appleton was excellent except for internet access

Great hotel to stay at. Everything clean and tidy with friendly staff.

The hotel was very welcoming. The staff were great, they explained all about the hotel and surrounding area (places to walk safely, eat etc.) They made sure I felt as if I were home and I appreciated that. The room was clean, amenities were great. I will definitely stay here again and if my friends ask I would recommend it.

This was a nice place to stay in the area of the Packers however it was a bit of a drive.

Check in was a little confusing with two rooms booked. The location would have been easier to find without all the traffic on Friday afternoon. Kids enjoyed the pool even the 3 year old.

I give it three stars. From the 11.00 continental breakfast buffet, to the small room, to the staff...everything was very average.....it was expensive for what I'm used to in small town America. Yet it was nothing exceptional. We opted to eat out instead, after trying their "buffet". Was convenient Though. Not unpleasant. Just a decent hotel. If you could get a King room for eighty dollars it would be a value. We paid 150 a night. Indoor Hot tub and pool we're clean enough. Too small though, and too overrun with children to enjoy.

Everything was perfect about the Hilton Garden Inn/Kimberly. It's the perfect distance to our daughter and her family. We really appreciate that the hotel allowed them to come over & enjoy the pool with us. We will definitely book a room there in the future! Happy Grandparents :)

We stayed 2 nights for the Packers game...We were not there much, but we were quite pleased with what we saw and experienced.

We needed a place for single and family guests in Appleton, and this is now our favorite. Casual but lovely interior, open and airy lobby, nice pool, very good staff- and the additional touches like coffee/ice tea available all day in lobby are added pluses-

we came from the packer game on a sunday night, friendly staff, comfortable beds, room couldv'e been a little larger. Room was nice and clean, that is a big plus. Overall very pleasant night stay.

The breakfast was good, but there wasn't enough staff to keep up with the number of people eating at one time. Good omeletes :)

People at desk were friendly and helpful. Hotel was great - good beds, wonderful blankets and pillows. Very convenient to Lawrence University in Appleton!

We truly do enjoy the hotel, and plan to use it again. It is very relaxing and quiet. Your staff is very accomodating.

I'm so sorry for the issues you experienced with our hotel. This is certainly not our standard and we'll be working with our team to ensure this doesn't happen again. We hope you give us another chance in the future.
