We have been using Comfort Inns for over 10 years & our experiences this year have been the worst we have experienced, buildings looking so tired, this pools bottom was in terrible condition, doors into rooms chipped, dingey dark rooms, so unappealing to stay in. Kids running up & down the hallway during the night. Breakfast was dissapointing. It seems the same staff that checked us in, is also the breakfast cook. Not a good image seeing your cook/chef serving food in their jeans & jersey. So dissapointing.

The staff were nice and friendly. The breakfast had hot and cold options. The worst was very hard beds and if you needed to use the internet for any reason it was almost non existent.
