The hotel overall was ok. It is conveniently located, but has alot of traffic noise. The bed was very comfortable, however the staff were not very nice. They seemed very inconvenienced with anyone who approached the desk. On two occasions, I wanted ask about local restaurants but the attendant was outside sitting on the curb leaving the lobby unattended. On check-in, we asked if we could have access to our room early. The staff initially said "no, we dont have any rooms ready and I dont want to put pressure on our housekeeping staff". After mentioning we were with a wedding party she suddenly had rooms ready but said we had to pay $50.00. I do not recommend this hotel. If you have a choice, stay somewhere else.

Poor service overshadows a nice hotel

The hotel itself was great—beds were comfy, area was safe and quiet. The service we received at breakfast and checkout, was disappointing. Staff were rude, dismissive and ignored us at checkout.

Packer Game Stay

This is a newer hotel. It took a while to check in. Breakfast was basic. Waffles, scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage patties, toast, yogurt and some fruit. 30 minutes from Green Bay. Over the river to Kimberly. Not too many restaurants in the area.

I stay about once a month to visit with family.rooms are clean its quiet and priced reasonably except for when there are green bay packers home games. Water pressure in shower last time was poor.

From the moment we got there, the staff was incredibly friendly, even though we checked in at 2 AM. The room was clean and fresh and didn’t have any particular smell, which is fantastic! 100% will be staying here again!
