We had a terrible experience at check in. I had booked two rooms upon check in they tried to tell me I didn’t and I needed to pay for another room. I showed them my reservation and they said I still needed to pay. The lady who was at the front desk was talking crap about me and the situation in Spanish… (should probably know others also know Spanish fluently) The manager then came over with her crap attitude telling me again I just needed to pay again there was a glitch.. I called hotels.com and they had to call and figure it out for me…. The hotel itself was clean and nice, room was nice and big the bed was awful. Breakfast was convenient. Safe quite area

The first room we got smelled like there was food left in the room for weeks, it was awful. The 2nd room wasnt very clean and it the air didnt work. There was hair in the shower and in the sink. We never got new towels or housekeeping once and we stayed there 2 nights. The lady at the front desk did what she could to move us to another room even though they were totally booked. I book the hotel a few hours prior to arrival, i asked if they could just cancel the reservation but she said it was a 24 hours notice even though the rooms werent up to standard. I would avoid this place as i feel the reviews are very misleading. Its a few miles off the expressway in the middle of a neighborhood. Its not very convenient to Lambeau field if thats where your trip is planned. Just to be clear the girl at the front desk i believe did what she was capable of, but the other staff i talked to didnt seem to care much. Again, the reviews are misleading but take my opinion as it is. Maybe i am a one of issue, but overall not impressed.

Very nice hotel, and fairly new! They also had a nice full breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, cheesy hashbrowns along with small waffles that you make yourself. There’s a nice pool area in the hotel & our room actually had a bedroom & living room, I don’t know if they all have that or not but it’s very nice. They were able to check us in a few hours early as well.

Didn't get the room we booked. We needed two queens and was given one king. Didn't even tell us. Had to go back up to front desk and they told us they were sold out of rooms. They "upgraded us to an extended stay room" but it's not an upgrade because we needed two queens. Now one of us is sleeping on sofa bed which is not comfy. We were told it's an upgrade because it has a kitchen but we don't need a kitchen it's for one night. We booked months ago we should have had two queen beds.

Stayed 2 nights for a wedding in Sherwood. Clean room, and they did "tidy" our room after our first night with clean towels and emptying our garbage, even though we didn't request it. There was only 1 elevator, for 4 floors, but it wasn't bad for wait time even when others were using it. They had a 24/7 "market" area with some snacks and even burritos/chimichangas and pizzas with a pizza oven in case you get hungry after every thing is closed. That was pretty convenient and nice, considering my boyfriend always gets hungry at midnight and we didn't prepare with snacks our first night. I believe all rooms come with a microwave and mini fridge too, ours did.

The hotel overall was ok. It is conveniently located, but has alot of traffic noise. The bed was very comfortable, however the staff were not very nice. They seemed very inconvenienced with anyone who approached the desk. On two occasions, I wanted ask about local restaurants but the attendant was outside sitting on the curb leaving the lobby unattended. On check-in, we asked if we could have access to our room early. The staff initially said "no, we dont have any rooms ready and I dont want to put pressure on our housekeeping staff". After mentioning we were with a wedding party she suddenly had rooms ready but said we had to pay $50.00. I do not recommend this hotel. If you have a choice, stay somewhere else.
