At check in, front desk clerk was friendly but distracted. She checked me in and gave me a key to room 303. I had to 'ask' for my Hilton Honors complimentary water (usually it's automatic). When I opened the door to the room, it was clearly occupied (bed unmade, tv on, lights off) - someone could have been in the bathroom but I didn't stick around long enough to see. Went back to the front desk and the clerk was nowhere to be found. After waiting several minutes, called hotel from my cell to let her know I was there. When she came out, she realized I should have had been given room 203 instead and that she'd not only given me access to an occupied room but also re-keyed room 303 so the current occupants key cards would no longer work. She apologized, complained of having a bad day, and gave me the key to the correct room along with a voucher for breakfast. When I arrived in the room, it was handicapped accessible, which I didn't need, and smelled like the bathroom floor had been mopped with dirty water. Unfortunately not very many choices in Killeen, and I wanted to be loyal to Hilton, but will be staying at the Hampton Inn if ever in that area again.

Very Nice Hotel, although the HVAC is rather noisy.Super Staff

The staff was very nice and helpful and the food was good but the bar needs a better selection of Pino Gresio wine.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is clean and very well located. Close to restaurants, stores, etc. Room was clean and comfortable.

My only complaint was in the bedding. The bed was worn on one side with a sink hole in it and It was hard as a rock. When driving a long distance to stay at any facility the main thing I expect is to have a comfortable bed to sleep in.

Wonderful. We want to stay here again in the fall for our next visit to Texas.

Very nice. The girls who worked the next in the AM were very friendly and helpful. Thought the 10 dollar breakfast was extreme. Neither of us big breakfast eaters, should of had some kind of choice for those who wanted something small and light. Over all a very pleasant stay.

Our room was really clean with plenty of linens and towels for our entire party without ringing house cleaning. Location was close to restaurants but a little tricky getting to from 190. But we enjoy puzzles so we handled it all with a laugh or two. Pesonnel was most courteous and helpful. Recommended to my sister on their next trip down that way.

Super great

Very nice hotel. Only wish they at least had included breakfast.

went to sea world and the alamo

The stay at Hilton was very nice, we were not too far from the mall. Walmart was right in the area as well, just in case you forget any toiletries at home.

First time in a Hilton Garden Inn. Good price and very clean. Would have gotten a 5 star had they served a free breakfast.

Nice place and friendly staff

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful; however, the floors were squeaky. We could hear the person in a room above us pacing or walking back and forth. This happened two nights straight.

The first glance at appearance of the front lobby as we checked-in was beautiful, luxurious, very neat n clean. The complimentary cookies n candies at the front desk stood out, very nice welcoming for guests. This was our first time in killeen, we attended a gathering of parents w/disabled children, to share stories, and milestones about the rare genetic disorder our children have. We enjoyed some mexican food while there, and felt right at home at the Hilton Garden Inn, with the wonderful new system king bed.Plenty of room for our sons wheelchair too!We will stay again!
