Stayed there last week with a group for a 50th birthday the apartments are fab we requested and got two adjoining ground floor apartments all the staff were excellent and the brown bread milk etc a lovely touch. I had stayed before a few times when my kids were younger and would highly recommend privacy, spacious and all the facilities on your doorstep will return 100%

Dirty bathroom on arrival. Broken underfloor heating throughout despite escalation. Whole block was neglected and no where near 4 star as advertised. Items included damaged furniture, large cobweb in the kitchen, dirty bath, phone with no phone line, damaged to front porch, cigarette butts so old cobwebs over them (there for the duration of our stay), cigarette butt on the flat roof of our non smoking apartment, broken tiles, stained table, random single bed in our lounge (sleeps 5 but for some reason this was increased to 7 beds for a stay of 2 adults and a baby), broken shelf on hall mirror, holes not filled in bathroom walls, missing screw covers on sides of the bath, bent towel rail in bathroom, holes/dents in lounge walls. Worst thing was response of customer relations manager: As I was staying in September and they had been full all summer I should be expecting a lesser standard of room than say in January, after they have returned in the winter! Seem to be under the odd impression that the price in September is less than August due for this reason, not because of demand. That logic would surely make January their most expensive time of year.

We had a wonderful few days vacation in the Gleneagles apartments. The facilities in the apartment amazing. A home away from home. Excellent leisure facilities include pool, pitch and put and tennis. Great entertainment and food on site. Killarney and surrounding areas beautiful. Would definitely recommend.

Myself and my family went to the Gleneagle for a hen party I cannot stress how much of an awful experience we had with the staff of the hotel, the manager and staff were incompetent in communication between one another and rude. We had an altercation with staff and the way it was handled was ridiculous and the way the manager handles the situation was unprofessional and quite embarrassing for us, we were looking forward to a weekend away for my cousins hen and it was ruin by the hotel staff. Will most certainly not be returning.

Stayed for three nights with my elderly dad, kids and husband and it was so nice, last time I was there was twenty years ago and went to see Joe Dolan,(poor old Joe). Anyway everything went so well, apartments were lovely, very big and spacious and really nice to arrive and have bread, milk and cereal, wasn't expecting that. Hotel faculties were excellent, from the lovely bar staff to the really nice girls in the coffee dock who ran around chasing wasps out because I'm afraid of them!! We got to see Brendan Shine, and Michael English and my da loved the dancing, and my kids loved the entertainment from 7 till 9 and the kids club! We left a coat behind and Siobhan the receptionist couldn't have been more helpful in organising collection! All in all a wonderful visit and I'd recommend this place to everyone so thank you!

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartments in July for a week. The apartment itself was very nice. Clean, well stocked, spacious. Double and two single beds in one room, Double in another and a single bed in the living area. Just a short walk to both Brehon and Glen Eagle Hotel with the added bonus on the facilities in Glen Eagle especially the Kids club and music in the evening. The only reason I have not given excellent was the heat in the apartments. We were on the 2nd floor and obviously the windows could only open a little for safety reasons. We had a Fan, but the apartments do not have Air-con and there is no way of getting fresh air through them. For this reason and how uncomfortable it was (waking you at night with the heat) I would not return

We stayed in an apartment while I was doing Quest Killarney. My wife and three kids came to support. We were so surprised at the size and quality of the apartment. These have everything you need. Some basic food is ready for your arrival. Only short walk from the hotel. We went to the hotel one morning for breakfast which was good value. Had dinner on evening in the bar. This I would not recommend. However does not take away from the apartment. Will come again.

Want to thank the Gleneagle hotel for a fantastic stay in their apartments. I would highly recommend them. The hotel went above and beyond. Nothing was to much anytime I or my friend rang them to enquire about anything. Apartments were spotless. We were a big group using 2 apartments and they accommodated us in apartments side by side. So thank you for making a special nite for a special lady even more special. Thank you also for the gift you left for this lady. 10/10

Stayed in the apartments recently with a large group. What a fantastic stay!! The apartments are lovely and spacious and the set up was great! We went to see a show in the INEC during our stay. The location of the apartments were great for this and made everything so easy for us. Would definitely stay again!

Couldn’t fault this place. Excellent value for money and everything was thought of from start to finish. The welcoming idea of cereal, tea and coffee was a very nice touch. Apartment was spotless throughout and very comfortable. Rooms were very warm.
