Hanging out at OBX

Though the weather was cool, cloudy and windy we had a great stay the house was spot on and very clean and the backyard was big enough for our dog to play ball. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to stores and restaurants. We would stay there again.

Thoughtful home for people and dogs!

There is meticulous attention to detail and anticipation of needs…leashes, crate, coffee bar, basic provisions to prepare meals with, hairdryers, list goes on!Clean, airy and comfortable

Nice Getaway!

I give this place 5 stars. Everything was great and the location is very convenient. It's in a nice neighborhood and a wonderful place to stay if you have a dog. The back yard is totally fenced in and you can watch your pet run and play from the back deck that overlooks the yard. Also the front deck is wonderful to set on at night or day. Everything is very user friendly too!

Wonderful Home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tucker's Treehouse. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. We certainly appreciated the attention to detail--great furnishings, cookware, towels, etc. Lots of places to put our belongings. And the hot tub was a great way to relax and unwind. Beth was a great host. We will definitely book again!

Perfect Doggie/Family Vacation Home!

What a lovely house for our first trip with our dog! We found the house very clean, very well supplied, and full of thoughtful extras! We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, and great location for enjoying the beach and area attractions. Our host, Beth, was very helpful and responsive, and the fenced-in yard kept our dog happy as well! We were so pleased with our week at Tucker's Treehouse!!

Only good things to say about Tucker’s Treehouse. Impeccably clean, thoughtful amenities, and nestled in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Within the first day we began discussing a future stay with our big boy, Kobe, who loved sitting on the porch watching the neighborhood children play, as well as the spacious backyard.

Property was spotless, thoughtfully equipped and very dog friendly. The beds were comfortable. The bedside lights were bright enough to read by! The kitchen was very well equipped. All rooms were VERY clean - even in drawers and closets. Kudos to the cleaning people! While we did not need them, a large dog crate and leash were available along with dog food and water bowls. The property itself is located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of shade and a furnished front deck. The master bedroom also has a small deck. The Avalon boat ramp is about two blocks away. The nearest beach accesses are a short drive away.

We’ve been coming to the Outer Banks for years, but had always wanted to bring our family dog with us. Staying on the sound side was a new experience and such a delightful one at that! We enjoyed the quieter, residential feel, friendly neighbors, and proximity to the walking and bike path on Bay Drive. The owners, Beth & Mike, provided everything the family dog needs in a home away from home! The ease of a fenced in backyard and the security of leaving our lab in a crate when we needed to were big advantages. We really enjoyed our mornings on the porch under the trees at Tucker’s Treehouse! We can’t wait to come back!

Great place with gated porch and fenced in yard!

We stayed here for a week with our dog. The front porch was definitely our favorite part of the house! Always in the shade with a gate so our dog could hang out with us and we never had to worry about him getting out. Loved having the completely fenced in yard as well for him to play in! House was very clean and kitchen had everything you could possibly need! We will definitely be back!
