We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location is ideal. Right on the beach with a great ocean, beach views. Convenient location close to many restaurants, shops, fun things to do. Simple, no-frills in a nice neighborhood. Minor downside is lots of stairs.
We had an excellent time here! The location and comfiness of the accommodation tops everything. Opening the balcony to the sights and sounds of the ocean was incredible. It was the perfect size and comfort level for a small family of four. We found the king size bed to be perfectly comfortable. The pull out couch was OK - it did the job! My only complaint is that the balcony, which is quite high up, was missing a railing right in the middle and one of my small children could have very easily slipped right through. We realized this on the first day of our stay and propped a table right in front to take care of it. For everyone's safety, I do suggest someone look into this because a small child could easily fit through! Other than that, I have no complaints and would love to plan my trip again next summer here!
Great place for a couple or perhaps upto x2 sm children. Not good if you have difficulty w/steps (lots). The view from balcony & living Rm is perfect. It's on the beach- only a sand dune between you & the beach, yet you are above it w/nothing to interfere.
Had some difficulty w/checking in, lock code privided didn't work. Called the #for the agent whi promotly sent out maintenance. Turns out lock battery was bad.
Condos own Wifi password had to be entered several times to establish a connection. Once logged in very good speed. The 1 time I checked it 395mbs. The wifi network provided by agent never worked (not surprising bc they "couldn't see the lock", but the condos did. Which is a good thing do to finicky data signal from Verizon inside unit.
Cable tv was much appreciated for local weather info ect.
Furniture in LR could use upgrading. Fold out couch kinda uncomfortable. Attn to electrical plugs is needed couple of them only 1/2 sockets worked. Exhaust fan in BR needs cleaned.
All in all a nice place & would consider returning in the future. 👍
