The Yancey Cottage is the perfect location for your next family vacation! Relax after a day at the beach in the spacious main floor or enjoy a family barbecue on the screened in porch. Cozy up with a book in the upstairs loft or sunbathe on one of 3 sun decks in the home. Enjoy an evening soak in the private hot tub or star gazing from the top floor terrace. As part of rental, enjoy full access to John Yancey Oceanfront Inn, including all of the hotel's amenities just across the street: outdoor pool, kids playground, grilling & picnic area, and of course, the oceanfront beach access with is across the street.

Ground Floor - 4 car parking, storage area with brand new in 2022 washer/dryer, charcoal grill, enclosed outside shower, and private hot tub!

First Floor - living room with 42" Smart TV - sectional couch with full size sleep sofa, dining room, open kitchen, king bedroom with HDTV, full bath, screened in porch with picnic table, & 2 sun decks.

Top Floor - 2 Bedrooms (1 queen with HDTV & one with 2 twin beds with HDTV), full bath, loft with chaise lounge, sun deck, & ocean views

Included - HVAC, washer & dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 4 HDTVs, Wifi, deck furniture, and dog friendly with fee.
