Our stay in this Maui property was very disappointing. We had requested a 3:30 PM check-in, but the room wasn't ready until after 4 PM. We walked in while the cleaners were still there, and the floors were wet.The listing said it had three bedrooms, but one of the bedrooms was just an open area with a bed. It had no doors or privacy. The other bedroom with two twin beds had wheels on the beds, and they moved easily. One of my friends fell out of bed during the night. The upstairs bathroom lock was broken. A handyman took it to fix it, but it wasn't returned during our six-day stay. We had to knock before entering the bathroom. The coffee provided was not enough for six people for six days. It ran out after two days, even though only two people were drinking it. The listing didn't mention that the washer and dryer were shared. We had to use 50-cent coins, 2.50 total, and get them from the office. The office was only open from 10 AM to 3 PM. There was no soap or fabric softener provided, so we could only rinse our clothes with water. We were checking out at 10:30 AM, before the 11 AM checkout time. After we removed our luggage, we tried to go back inside to check if we left anything, but the entry code had been deactivated. We were unable to do a final check. It was as if we were being erased from the property, a final, cold dismissal. The property looked much bigger in the pictures than it was in reality. It was too small for six people. Will not recommend this property.
