Enjoy the ocean breezes and panoramic unobstructed ocean views from this second floor unit. This condo and location will be more than you could ever expect. It sure did surprise us. Great sunrise and moonrises over Haleakala, from the bedroom, and the most amazing Maui sunsets from the privacy of your own lanai. Location is everything.

THIS CONDO CAN ACCOMMODATE UP TO 3 PEOPLE. However groups of more than 3 there is an extra charge of $20 per night. Unfortunately the condo is not child safe due to the stainless steel wire ropes design.

You can enjoy the lanai and watch the whales (in season) or surfers directly across from the tennis court, after a busy day at the beach or site seeing. Just minutes to the beach, Kihei marketplace, grocery store, and many fine restaurants.


Terms and Conditions

Deposits and Cancellation Policy:

For a deposit refund, less a $100 fee, cancellation is required 40 days or more prior to arrival date. For cancellations received within 40 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.

Minimum 3 night stay or service fee will be added.

There is a $175 cleaning fee for all stays. Maid service is available upon request at an additional charge.

The condo was beyond our expectations! It had everything we needed including beach equipment and beach-specific toiletries. The view was incredible, and it was so fun to see the morning surfers and the sunsets. We love this spot particularly sitting on the porch watching the surfers and being able to just walk across the street for a nice long board surf break. The food truck area through south Maui Gardens was a favorite eating locale for us. All in all very relaxing.

Just spent three great days in this lovely condo. I highly recommend it .... perfect location .... very clean and well maintained. I've stayed in many VRBO properties and this one has the most in unit amenities ... I've ever experienced... kitchen, bath ... loaded with every possible thing you could want or need .... while enjoying your time in Kihei.
