Would definitely book again!

This place was great! Just a short walk to a beautiful beach, beach equipment rentals, stores and restaurants. Couldn't have asked for a better spot. Everything was clean and they had everything you need to cook with. We also appreciated the AC units in each room as it was very humid while we were there! Would definitely book again!

Beautiful location. Walking distance to restaurants and all shopping. Great size rental for my family of 3. Rental had variety of things for the trip such as beach chairs, coolers and an umbrella. Host was very responsive when asked questions. Only negative is no AC. We had great breezes but in the evening had to close the windows due to noise so the bedrooms got hot despite running the ceiling fan on high.

Great location close to stores & restaurants in central Kihei. Private layout with the two bedrooms separated from each other by the living room & kitchen. Ocean views were great! The X01 units in this complex (aka 301, etc) are on the east side of the building, the most distant from the ocean, and closest to the parking lot of the adjacent building to the south, the 1 story laundry facility below, and closest to Kihei Rd. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen sufficiently equipped. There were beach beach chairs (3), umbrella, and coolers.

Steps from the Sea and Full of Comfort

It's an ideal unit for four people and since we arrived it felt very cozy. It had everything, and what we liked the most was that it was by the sea. You didn't have to cross any streets to go to the beach. Besides, Kihei beach is excellent for swimming and having fun with the waves. The sea there is good for snorkeling and seeing turtles. We had an amazing time! We would definitely stay there again.

Overall everything was terrific. Kitchen could use a few newer pans and spatulas/cooking items. Pleasantly surprised there was little issue with bugs (just ghost ants but nothing more than that). No major surprises which was great. Property management team were especially responsive and helpful before and during our stay, they were awesome.

Place was perfect

This place was perfect. We have teenagers, so it was easy to let them go explore in their own. Just steps to the beach is an accurate description of the property. The kitchen is a little tight, so you can have one cook in the kitchen.

Comfortable stay with beautiful views

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from the patio and living room was absolutely beautiful — we spent a lot of time just relaxing and enjoying it. Everything in the house worked well and made our stay easy and pleasant. The only small thing to mention is that some of the furniture and household items feel a bit dated and could use an update. Also, the door to the main bedroom with the king-size bed doesn't close properly — it would be great if that could be fixed. Overall, it's a lovely home and we had a wonderful time. Thank you for hosting us!

Unfourtunate pool is not wheel chair or ADA accessible and your web site doesn't say this. It was a good condo otherwise and location excellent and fun had many places and beach can walk to.

Perfect Spot

Fantastic location and view! This 2 bedroom place was perfect for the 3 of us: 2 adults and 1 toddler. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets everyday. The lanai view was better than expected from the pictures. It was a 2 minute walk from our rental to the beach with easy access for us dragging a full wagon of beach supplies. Restaurants, groceries, general stores, and shave ice was just across the street. We enjoyed our stay! We recommend this spot for families who want to cook meals at home and maximize their time on the beach.

Location can't be beat....

This condo is in the best location, especially if you have kids. It sits inbetween Kam Beach 1 and 2, so you are steps away from amazing kid friendly beaches. The pool is a good size and was warm when we were there. Across the street is the natural food market, where we go every trip to Maui, almost every day. Tons of places to eat and shop within 5 min walk. We have stayed in Kihei many times, and this is by far the best location we have had. The condo was overall great. Some of the pans in the kitchen could be replaced, and the one bedroom doesn't have black out blinds so it's very bright very early. Not the best for kids. But the view is incredible, good size patio, the kitchen is small but functional. Great to have two bathrooms. Communication with the rental company was awesome. They always responded right away and they were so helpful. Honestly good customer service goes a long way. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!
