Third floor 1 bedroom 2 bath condo suite located on the 3rd floor with view! Easy access to tropical gardens and the ocean beyond. Quiet location features large private view deck and renovated interior. Doesn't get any better. Watch the life of Maui unfold from the morning till evening from your private 114 sq foot private view deck. Beach chairs, bath towels, pool/beach towels, full size appliances including air conditioning and washer dryer. Really, just hit the grocery store and you are set for the week!

World famous swimming and snorkeling beaches are minutes away at one of the many sandy safe beaches at Kihei and nearby Wailea. The two buildings frame and protect a large recreational area that is carefully attended and landscaped. Clean and large apartment, comfy bed, had everything I needed for my weeks stay and had good facilities. They have thought of everything kitchen wise, home from home. Location was good, near the pool and beach and was very comfortable. The only downside which is no fault of anyone’s is that the apartment gets the sun all day so it’s very warm inside. It’s also a little bit dated decoration wise but that’s just being picky. Overall very pleasant stay.

Comfortable view condo with all the perks

We had an amazing time during our stay in Maui. The condo was very well-appointed and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows, linens, blankets, etc. This condo had all the perks--a well-stocked kitchen, beach chairs, coolers, snorkel masks that worked, a beach umbrella--literally everything we needed for our week's stay. The ceiling fans (even on the lanai) were a nice addition to the AC, which functioned well. Having 2 bathrooms was such a luxury. The condo was also quiet--we heard no noise from neighbors while inside. The property is immaculate, and we made use of the pool, hot tub, and outdoor grills. The narrow beach was nice to walk along and never crowded--we even saw a turtle on the beach our final evening.Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful condo complex right on the ocean. Pool was great, other nice amenities. Property located next to a county park so there is plenty of green space. Condo was comfortable and quiet. Kitchen supplies were sparse but that was fine. I would definitely stay there again

Great place. Great amenities. We rented snorkel gear by the pool, walked the beach full of turtles at night. Watched the sunset each night from our balcony or a short walk to the water. There is no road to cross, it is right on the beach! Loved it!!!

Beautiful View

This condo had everything we needed for our week long stay. Well equipped kitchen, ice machine in freezer was a bonus. As were the beach chairs and coolers available in the unit. Property is immaculate and quiet, the balcony has an amazing ocean view. On arrival there were a couple things in the unit that were not immaculately cleaned but overall not a worry. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!
