Very helpful and thoughtful staff. The outdoor space is very relaxing at night, the restaurant attached is very good (for local & Chinese cuisine with good prices). There are plenty of stores for shopping nearby. The genocide memorial, large market, and camp Kigali are very close. The area is quite safe although very busy in certain spots. The room is big, bed is big, and shower is good (good pressure and good temperature).

I stayed at 2000 Hotel Downtown Kigali and overall everything was good. The staff were friendly and the hotel is well located. There was a small issue because they forgot to pick me up from the airport, but they recognized their mistake and refunded me.
