Large 3BR/3 Bath ski area condo, 1600 Sq. Ft.; 7 separate beds; Private. Hot Tub

Very spacious 3 BR/3 BA condo (1600 sq. ft.; 7 separate beds) in secluded location by the protected wetlands along the Snake River. Walk to the Mountain House lifts. Best view in the resort (mile-wide view of ski runs in winter–day & night; view of river, beaver ponds, and mountains in summer). Private Hot Tub in the condo, built into a bay window that juts out from the building so you have the same panoramic view from the tub itself. Hot tub room also has operable windows for cold air when in use (just shut the doors to the room).

Main living room is about 1000 square feet with a wall of windows on the south end to accentuate the view. Stone fireplace (wood provided). Big screen TV in living room (3 more TV's in bedrooms). Oversize kitchen and dining area. Washer/dryer in unit.

This building has only 2 condos per floor (with a hallway and elevator shaft separating them), so each condo has only one neighboring unit on the same floor and NO common walls with neighbors (extremely quiet). Unusually private and secluded unit (borders on the protected river wetlands), but very close to activities. Walk to the Peru Express lift, 7 restaurants, delicatessen, 3 night spots (live music), internet/sports cafe (12 HDTVs), full service day spa (massages, facials, etc.), 4 ski shops, and a convenience store).

LR–Twin day bed + Twin trundle bed. Plus 2 reclining sofas.
(The unit also has a 6' long portable Twin futon--can be put in any room. Extra linens and blankets are provided for the futon.)

Excellent Vacation

This property was perfect for vacation. We were very impressed with the pricing for such an optimum location, with such great amenities. The heated floors in the bathrooms were such a nice unexpected feature. Definitely would stay here again if we come back with such a large group. The only downside is the two vehicle parking limit, but that is really nitpicking, as you can park in the Mountain House D or E Lot (just a couple minute walk) for $25/night if you have an extra vehicle.

This condo was the perfect place for our family. It really felt like a home to us. Great living/dining/kitchen spaces. Comfortable beds. Wonderful hot tub. Convenient locker for our snowboards and skis. Short walk to the Peru Express lift which allowed everyone flexibility as to when they started and ended their day on the slopes. Best accommodations ever!

We are two parents with 5 adult children. Everyone had a bed! Super clean Condo, enough space for everyone. Clean and well stocked kitchen. Bathrooms are well kept and had everything from shampoo to plenty supplies of white towels. Comfortable beds with white sheets, lots of extra blankets. Cinnamon Ridge complex of condos is so well positioned, designed and maintained that you don’t feel a burden of your heavy boots/skis equipment. Nice fire place stocked with plenty of dry wood. A short walk to the Peru lift. Great location and fabulous views by the creek. Balcony, to enjoy a sunshine. And two free parking permits. Short picturesque walk to the run village. So far, this is my favorite rental condo from more than 10 years of vacations in Keystone.

Great ski rental in Mountain House area

I stayed here with my two adult brothers and dad, so four total adults. Overall, the unit was very nice and well-furnished. The bunk beds are quite large if an adult or two has to sleep in one of them and there was plenty of bathrooms to go around, all well-sized. The walk to the lifts (Peru) was about 6 minutes, not bad at all. We stayed here during what was spring break for a lot of students and the neighbors above us were a little noisy, so we contacted Seymuore Lodging and they were extremely responsive. Heather did a great job handling it and following up to make sure there were no other problems.

We stayed for 3 nights to ski and watch basketball. The location was awesome! We had a easy 5-10 min walk to the Peru lift to get on the slopes. The view of the mountain while relaxing in the hot tub was always a great way to finish the day. The beds were comfy and we had everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Heather was great getting us checked in and answering any questions we had. Very nice place to stay while in Keystone, our group had a great time and loved our stay.

Our family had a great visit. Unit easily accommodated 7 adults and one child. It was spacious and comfortable. Nice entry vestibule kept all the coats and boots out of every one's way. In unit hot tub was clean upon arrival and was serviced mid week. Cabinets are showing their age. Nice views of the mountain.
