Parking Details: - One parking space per unit, no guest parking. - No vehicle over 18’ long or 80” wide allowed. - No large trucks, trailers, mobile homes, vans, campers or similar vehicles shall be parked in the Truman Annex. - Motorcycles and scooters must be parked in the parking lot and not on sidewalks or porches. - All vehicles parked within the community must either have a permanent parking sticker or a temporary parking pass (obtained at the Security Guardhouse). - All others will be subject to ticketing and towing.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Perfect location!
We had the best stay at this condo! We had stayed in a different unit in January. We thoroughly enjoyed it until we stayed here. A huge deck and 5 steps to the swimming pool. The unit was just what we were looking for. Very comfortable and well equipped. The location to restaurants and Mallory Square is perfect. We love to watch the cruise ships come in! Can’t wait to stay here again! The customer service was top notch too!

Perfect location!
The location of this property is second to none! It is within walking distance of the best that Key West has to offer. The unit also has excellent amenities. It is located just steps to the pool while maintaining privacy. The outdoor terrace is huge. The parking garage is also situated very close to the unit so there wasn’t a hassle lugging bags very far. It was quiet and family friendly. Communication from the property management was spectacular. We feel like we made a great choice staying here and will rebook in the future. Our only critique is that the unit is a bit dated, but everything is in perfect working order and had everything we needed.

Condo located in Truman Annex and close to everything in KW.
Enjoyed daily walk to Cuban Coffee Queen in Mallory Sq.
Overall had a wonderful trip.
Lisa in the office was awesome. She was very helpful in our surprise of our guests.
Just a few things needed to be done to condo...
- Sink Faucet in Hallway Bathroom has very low pressure.
- Gate to Deck needs to be fixed. Bottom Hinge coming away from wall and is sagging.
Otherwise a Great Trip was had by all.

Perfect location old town
This condo is the perfect location absolutely beautiful, extra large deck… walk right down from the deck to the pool where we spent most of our time!!! Absolutely loved it, I would stay again I just recommend a little more supplies for the kitchen, and cleaning equipment for the grill… had a wonderful stay really enjoyed ourselves The electric barbecue grill was the Best… we grilled every day. Working with the rental company @ home in Key West was delightful

Good location, bad service
This property is managed by a company. The company is closed on weekends. Most renters checking in and out are on the weekend. They gave us keys that did not work to the exterior gates. We had to walk .5 mile to the main gate to exit the complex and .5 back from the main gate to the unit the first two days. They brought us keys that worked on the THIRD day. If you are going to check people in and out at least hire someone to take care of the renters if you are closed. Someone should of brought me the correct keys on day ONE. That’s what I paid for. Nowhere in the listing does it say that if they screw up, you’ll have to wait until we reopen to fix. I even called their emergency number which they said they couldn’t answer because they were closed. VRBO should not allow listings from these types of properties that aren’t even open to service what they rent. Service should be available for every day that you stay.

Prime Location
This condo is in one of the most prime locations you can get in Key West, 2 blocks to Mallory Square, 2 blocks to lower Duvall St, endless choices for dinning, bars, music venues, shops, museums. Step out the back patio and there's the pool, continue down the pathway another 75 ft and you are in the Marina. The pool was heated and great, not too busy. The condo all in all served us well, beds were great, kitchen was stocked with all that we needed. Only draw back would be the furniture overall, the living room furniture is less than comfortable and of course that's a place you spend a good deal of time when at the property, the patio is massive and has stunning views but it equipped with low end plastic chairs and table. It's not enough to keep us away, we would return to this property.

Great location!
Excellent location - close to everything and still quiet enough to sleep at night. Can’t enter property until 4 PM and no place to store luggage if you come in on Saturday so plan flights accordingly. Master bath toilet still not working appropriately - just pull handle up after a bit and it will shut off. Overall great trip!

Enjoyed every minute of our stay
My family and I really enjoyed our stay in Key West, and couldn’t have been happier with our accommodations. The condo was spacious, very secure, yet close to all the action. This was the first time we stayed in the Truman Annex; all of our other stays had been in bed and breakfasts right on Duval way back in the days before my husband and I had children. This condo was an excellent choice for us now that we returned with a family since it had the perfect amount of space, and being in the gated Truman Annex provided extra sense of protection since now that we had 14 year old girls and an 11 year old boy. The pool was wonderful, the view excellent, and the deck was fabulous. We loved the proximity to and the private entrance from our deck to the pool. The only issues we had with our stay were the toilets, and the parking spot we were given was very tricky to maneuver, but to be clear neither were the fault of the property owner. Maintainance fixed the toilet immediately (but it was an ongoing problem) and said to use toilet paper sparingly and not to flush any other products (which we never did) down the toilet because water pressure with the toilets on the island can be a problem. Also, the parking deck has VERY tight spaces due to concrete pillars, so word of advice would be to not rent an SUV for your vacation.
Our experience with the property was wonderful, and when we had small issues the property management responded to us immediately and were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again, and the family can’t wait to return!

I have been to Key West many times. I can't imagine staying anywhere but Truman Annex. Perfect location for everything and having a parking space is a premium. The condo had so many amenities - Umbrellas, box fans, shopping cart, well supplied kitchen, comfortable beds, DVDs, lots of hangers, puzzles, plenty of seating. The list could go on. These items are very much appreciated as they add that special touch when you need them. The management office was fantastic and quick to respond to our needs. I would definitely stay here again!

The condo unit itself is comfortable. The master bathroom needs some maintenance (the toilet is not properly fastened to the floor, the drain stopper on one of the sinks does not work). But the proximity to Duval St and other KW sites is fantastic. The grounds and pool area are gorgeous and right on the water. The deck is wonderful. Overall the unit is very nice. Had a great time here!
