This spacious two-bedroom, two-bath condo comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom includes a queen bed, and the living room offers a brand new queen-size sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. For added comfort and entertainment, all bedrooms as well as the living room feature flatscreen smart TVs.

After a day at the beach, exploring Old Town, or enjoying Key West’s restaurants and attractions, cool off in the sparkling community pool or relax in the hot tub. Inside the condo, you’ll find a comfortable living area with flatscreen TV and free high-speed WiFi, along with a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing meals at home. A private covered parking spot is also included — a valuable convenience in Key West.

Sunrise Condo is family-friendly and dog-friendly. A Graco Pack 'n' Play with sheet is provided at no charge, and additional baby equipment rentals are available locally. One well-behaved dog up to 25 pounds is welcome with payment of a pet fee.

Laurie was very welcoming and great at communicating. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the pool and hot tub. The pool was heated to the perfect temperature. The condo was located 5 min drive to restaurants and a small grocery store in walking distance. Easy to get to key west. Thanks for a good stay Laurie.

Excellent place to stay in Key West. Great location and very convenient! Laurie, our host was easily accessible and made the check in, stay and check out process seamless!! There was cold bottled water in the refrigerator on arrival with snacks which was greatly appreciated!! I would definitely recommend this property. Laurie is a great host and a wonderful resource of information about the island and interesting places to visit.

We had a very nice stay at this home. The host was very responsive and very kind answering and addressing all of our inquiries. One of the bedrooms was significantly colder than the other and when we let her know, she brought more blankets over immediately (there was a bit of a cold snap while we were here!).There were lots of towels for the pool and showers which was greatly appreciated, as our kids loved hanging in the pool. While not in the historic district, it made a good home base for us during our short stay in Key West.There have definitely been some upgrades in the home overtime, but there are probably some more needed. If you're looking for something fancy - this place is not for you. That said if you're looking for an easy stay for a trip to Key West, this is a great option.
