Do NOT stay here if you are renting a studio room. It is part of a larger room that has other guests in it and the noise can be unbearable. Staff will not do anything about it. They just say that's the way it is.

First time here and had a great time. Location is great and is close to the most popular bars and restaurants. Just far enough away for some peace and quite if you want it. The pool overlooked the harbor and the sunsets were awesome.

Always the best vacation ever even after 25 years! We can always count on Hyatt and Hyatt personnel to be over and above in all facets of our vacation. This year I had a medical issue and they were so accomodating I can't even express my gratitude.

We had a 2br townhome unit facing the water and pool. Everything was great, check-in smooth and they got us into our room early!! The unit was clean, nice firm beds, well appointed with nice decor, we felt very much at home, TV in LR and both BR, lots of channels & good wi-fi for streaming. Full kitchen, all of the appliances worked well and plenty of dishes. People on staff very nice and attentive. We were there during fantasy fest, property location was perfect, close to the action, but quiet and peaceful. The only outside noise we heard was the cruise ship announcements (carnival was the worst/loudest at 730am - 830am unloading people - SO inconsiderate) A few notes: bathrooms in this unit are all on the second floor so you may want to consider a different configuration if you have mobility challenges. Staff can provide drinking water from their unit in the office if you are like me and hate to add plastic bottles to the environment. I would recommend that they install a unit with public access so that employees dont have to continually fill bottles, and to promote the use of re-usable vessels.

Love Key West and this property is heaven. Walking distance to everything restaurants galleries and activities. Hesitate to recommend as want to keep this wonderful place a secret. Been going over 20 years Staff friendly and attentive. Smaller than most Hyatt properties so very quiet. Love love love

Ashleigh provided us a fun filled presentation on the areas marine life. It was so much more than fun filled facts, she included a spice of biology and chemistry to the animals defense skills and their natural habitat. To my amazement she had an airated bucket with many examples of what she obtained just feet from the presentation site on the beach. She clearly had the experience of a diver, naturalist, marine biologist and public speaker to keep us all engrossed Thru out her presentation. Great perk that was provided by Hyatt .

The location and how well the resort is kept make this a great choice. Only steps from Duval St. but the resort is very quiet and secure. Right on sunset harbour great great location. Staff is very helpful.

Spent a wonderful week in Key West. The resort looks like it just opened. Well maintained and appointed. The town house was equipped with modern electronics. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The pool area was well maintained inviting.

We loved this property but disappointed with the condition of the unit. Our unit was barely surface cleaned. Behind the furniture was utterly disgusting. We found prior guest food childs flip flop etc. The walls molding & trim was filty. The 1 bedroom decor style & amenities were great. Its a shame they do not maintain furnishings appliances & flooring. Area carpet was worn out. Furniture was damaged & pieces were coming apart. The glass on top of nightstands, coffee & end tables were dangerous & not secure. I got a nasty bruise when I reached around table to get the phone. The upholstery was worn & looked dirty. We had to use sheets over it to feel comfortable to sit on it.The mattress had a sinkhole, Appliances were very scratched up. The pool & landscaping was very well maintained. The Pillar Rum sampling by the pool was a lot of fun.

We strayed in a two bedroom unjt facing the pool and the water, T'he unit was in a great location and had everything we needed. It was well kept and everything was great about it. We can wait to go back. The maintenance and grounds people took great care of the resort.
