Marvel over impressive architectural design which was built in 1899 by shipwrights and carpenters for one of the island's premier cigar barons. Located within a tropical, laid back setting, this Key West hideout is sure to lure you into a blissful Key West encounter. A contactless check in/out process with a virtual innkeeper allows for a seamless experience!
***The full kitchen, dining and outdoor areas are available for all guests to enjoy.
***All guests must be 18 years of age or older as this is an adult only property AND the primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.
***There is no complimentary breakfast however we provide light snacks for your enjoyment in the common areas.

DETAILS AND AMENITIES...
An inviting blend of coastal inspired decor along with rich, historic elements create an unparalleled experience. Sip your morning cup of coffee on the mansion's front porch and soak up your serene surroundings. Order delivery at one of your island favorites and enjoy within one of lovely, newly renovated gathering spaces or under the outdoor shaded seating area. The mansion rooms provide beautiful spaces for sitting, dining and relaxing for all of our guests to enjoy. Full kitchen is located on the main level of the mansion which also includes a microwave and additional refrigerator space.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
This second floor king room offers a comfortable setting for your restful night's sleep with cozy linens, a flat screen TV, mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker and private ensuite full bathroom with a shower. Enjoy a table with 2 chairs just outside your room making outdoor living easy to access!

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Step out of your room to find a bright and breezy sundeck with loungers to enjoy the surrounding beauty. Down below lies a sparking, community pool to refresh your senses on a warm summer's afternoon. Convenient off street parking is provided on a first come first serve basis although you are located just a short walk or bike ride to anything you could need within the Old Town district.

It is first come first serve and if there is not a space available upon arrival you may park on the street in front for free (do not park in a residential permit space!) until one becomes available, or even for the length of your stay.

Lovely converted mansion in old Key West with lots of charm. Great location. The room had everything we needed and enough space to stay comfortably for 5 days. The pool area and 2nd story lounge chairs were nice for relaxing and watching the sun set. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!

My husband and I stayed in the Cortez for three nights, and it was super clean and cozy. There wasn’t a lot of extra space, but it was perfect for sleeping and relaxing since we spent most of our time sightseeing. The common home was adorable. We didn’t end up using it, but it would be great for a larger group. We’re giving the pool four stars—it was heated, which was nice, but it didn’t get much sun for lounging. All in all, it was a great stay!

The room was cute but very small — I had read the reviews and knew this before arriving. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept very well. We really enjoyed swimming in the pool and mingling with other guests. The host was wonderful! We accidentally dropped one of our keys in the parking lot, and she found it and kindly put it back in our lockbox for us. Overall, we had a great stay!
