IDEAL LOCATION IN GREAT COMMUNITY...
Enjoy your stay at the President's Walk at Truman Annex.  This well manicured community is set in a wonderful location which is walking distance to most that Key West offers! 
***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE

FURNISHINGS...
The first floor includes a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a half bath.  The sitting area has a comfortable sofa and coffee table situated to view out of the 2 sets of French doors.  The dining table is centrally located for meals, playing cards or just enjoying each others company.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
The second floor is outfitted with two bedrooms.  The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, a closet for hanging, dresser for storage and a French door which leads out to a small deck with seating.  There is Roku TV available only in the master(downstairs has cable). There is also a half bath with a toilet and sink en suite.  The guest room has a queen size bed, a large closet and a door leading to a deck.  In the upstairs hall you will find the full bathroom.  There is a large double vanity and a shower with enclosure.

POOL AND OUTDOOR LIVING...
Open the French doors and step onto the patio to relax. There is a grill ready to cook your fresh catch so you can dine outside under the stars. The heated community pool is just a short walk from the home and this Old Town location is conveniently situated near Duval Street, waterfront sunsets at Mallory Square and locals favorite beach at Fort Zachary Taylor.

This home comes with an assigned parking space. No vehicle length over 18’ long, including trailer hitches, or 80” wide is allowed on property.

BOOKING DATES...
This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception.

CONCIERGE SERVICES...
Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation. For multi-month reservations for January through March, a refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation(s).

NO TIME LIKE ISLAND TIME...
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Only complaint would be a larger TV in family room for March Madness. The beds are a little hard for our liking but that is personal preference. Take out a night stand in each room and upgrade to queen size from doubles. With this said we are returning for our third year in 2024. Wendy and Whitney have been great to work with always very responsive to any needs we have had.

Reviewer Comments: The property description of the townhouse was accurate, the pool was a short walk away, as was the car port to unload groceries, etc. The location of the townhouse was an easy walk or bike ride to everything, although the gate was closed to access the cart port/ parking space it wasn't an issue as the place is located close to the main entrance. When the gate opens again it will make access to things that much easier.I've rented from Truman & Co vacation rentals for many years, and I feel that they always provide good customer service, (from the rental agent to the property manager). You cannot go wrong if you rent this townhouse and/or work with Truman & Co vacation rentals to find your Key West getaway.

In this unit, the shower and second bathroom were in the hallway .Kitchen was very well equipped.Call about internet problem drew immediate response .Despite issues mentioned, we enjoyed our stay.
