Have coffee in the morning out on the screened in balconies, during the day go relax by one of the two pools or play tennis, bocci ball or pickle ball . In the evening walk down to the end of the dock and watch the sun go down. Many restaurants close by and shopping just down the road. This quiet community is a great place to relax and unwind. Clubhouse and workout room. This Townhouse has 2 carports, 3 bdrms on main floor along with 2 full bath, kitchen and living room . The first floor has a large living room wetbar area and 1 full bath and sofa bed for additional guests. Washer and dryer in unit. Downstairs sofa pulls out to queen size bed for added guests. 28 day minimum rental. No pets or smoking. December,January, February, March and April.available
