We checked in and went straight to our room which was set up for one person ( one large and small towel) tea for one, one bag of biscuits ete). We are a party ot two. This was rectified whilst we were out.
We came back later went to the bar, and was told no lager on draft as something wrong with system and would probably be like that all weekend.
The next morning we went to breakfast, ordered tea and coffee, waited 15 minutes and chased it up to be told by the waiter that he had forgotten to put the order through on the system.
We then ordered breakfast with the option of poached eggs. When this arrived with others orders that had ordered after use, the eggs resembled hard boiled, the yoke was nit runny or soft. My husband said his full English tasted and looked as though it had been heated up.
We then went back to our room and could not get in as both keys did not work, so back downstairs to sort that.
The following day, breakfast again. Tea and coffee again turned up after chasing it, but only after receiving our food first and asking where the drinks were. We received our food after 35 minutes wait. My husband was asked if he wanted sauces, he said yes, they never came. Eggs were better though.
We the went back to the room to pack and leave for checking out at 11am. Again both keys were not working. I went to reception, gave my details and had to be booked back in as apparently I had already checked out. No apology, just sorted one of the keys. Could not wait to leave!
