Staff were excellent on arrival and made us feel welcome and valued. The room was clean and serviced everyday with clean towels etc. There was a good selection of food for breakfast but personally I am not a fan of tinned mushrooms or microwaved scrambled egg. I did use the bar for a beer which was pulled from a keg but I refused to drink it as it was flat and clearly the lines had not been "pulled through". Minor and eadily rectifiable things to examine.

Breakfast was great, good variety of everything but maybe choice of bread could be better (more wholegrain/ seeded options) & the toaster was set too low, not toasting bread properly. Waiting staff fantastic, very friendly and efficient, nothing was too much trouble, high praises for Watawan; also on reception Irina was welcoming and looked after us well with a smile. The room was clean, with comfy beds, great shower, exactly like in the pictures. Can't complain and would definitely book the hotel again, it is literally in the city centre, close to main attractions.
