The rooms were very nice. I would stay there again.

The staff was positive and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The air-conditioning was average, cooled fairly well. The bag breakfast was poor. Contained a bottle of water, a nature valley bar and either an apple or orange...my orange was spoiled (the manager gave me an apple to replace the orange).

Liked space and cleanliness - disliked breakfast area and all disposable, plastic, very wasteful set-up there, crammed, not kept clean while breakfast in full swing - ned work!

The GuestHouse Kennewick was a great value. It is an older property, but is well maintained and clean. The beds were comfortable. It had a full breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits w/ gravy, and waffles; nothing fancy.

Front desk lady was nice and helpful. Hotel was booked out but it was pretty quiet. Didn’t had any disturbing at night. Morning breakfast on the other hand was overwhelmed. There was just too many people for the small breakfast room. Overall, the rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable.

The room had a wet dog smell. Told the cleaning lady but it still smelled. Had to buy a misty to get rid of the smell.

The staff was wonderful, they were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Rooms are being renovated so they will be great for longer stay. Price was great. We will definitely stay here again.facility and rooms very clean

Staff was very friendly and courteous. They offered a variety of foods for breakfast. My overall experience was excellent. I will definitely stay there again on my visit.

Clean like OCD clean , cleaner than some more swanky hotels, massive rooms friendly staff

Came in around midnight, was given a key to a room, staff ended up giving us a key to an occupied room... Awkwardly left the room and went back downstairs to tell the staff. The man behind the counter didnt even say sorry or anything for giving us keys to someone else's room. I mean, zero communication. Changed rooms and felt a bit unsafe the entire night.

older hotel, noisy air conditioner and strong smell

I had very high expectations of Guesthouse. But was very disappointed. Couldn't sleep due to very noisy neighbors that where on drugs and alcohol. At times they where fighting and it was scary thinking things where going to get worst. I was afarid for myself and my kids. Very disappointed. And hallway smelled like weed all the time. And complained but they didn't do anything to stop the nonsense.

Nice hotel staff are very friendly. Rooms look better in pictures but still an excellent place to stay

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, despite this the accommodations were terrific. If there was something which did not work the staff was there to correct it within minutes. The location is convenient for Kennewick because you have two sides of town and the hotel is in the middle. If you stay here you will be pleasantly surprised

We booked our motel ahead of time & We drove 6 hrs, thinking we have a motel waiting for us, they call us when we're almost there and told us they were overbooked. But we already paid through orbitz. I let her know we are short on money and they already had our money, could they help us book another motel room since its their mistake, they refused and she said sorry but the best they can do is a refund within 7 to 10 days. Luckily we were able to scrape enough money for a room or we would have been sleeping in the car.
