Fuyez, ne séjournez surtout pas dans cet hôtel !!

Habituellement pas difficile ni exigeante séjourner dans cet hôtel à été pour moi un cauchemar je n'y suis d'ailleurs pas restée j'ai du trouver un autre "vrai" hôtel sur kmer. Hôtel sale, vétuste, personnel désagréable ne répond ni aux "bonjour" ni aux "au revoir", faux "all inclusive" pas de bouteille d'eau de disponible, pas de viande lors des repas, alcool affreux servis dans une arrière pièce, bar sale, couverts sales. Chambres glauque avec lit bancale avec jamais assez d'eau chaude pour finir sa douche... les défauts de cet hôtel sont trop long à énumérer. Je trouve inadmissible que ce genre d'hôtel soit proposer sur le site de la sncf et qu'en plus me soit conseillé par le vendeur au téléphone. L'hôtel n'est pas cher mais au final j'ai du en payer un autre à mes frais après 48h il était impossible de rester dans celui-ci et j'ai d'ailleurs pu retrouver à kmer de très jolies hôtel pour le même prix au bord de la plage alors pourquoi ceux là ne nous sont pas proposer! Honteux ! Je ne prendrai plus de voyage sur votre site.

NIGHTMARE

Dirty room, No English speaking member off staff, dirty restaurant, disqusting linen, loud noise from 10 am till midnight, this is not a place to chill out and have a nice holiday at all.
