The facility is not locked. The sinks and tub where dirty like they had a backup. We were very excited about the pergola restaurant and it was not open period. We didn't feel safe.

Remodeled rooms but room hadnt been cleaned for 2 weeks. We had a party to get ready for and beds were unmade, toilet dirty, trash in cans. Gave us a room to prepare yet it too was dirty. Didnt get a refund or discount. Property so overgrown with weeds. Terrible shape. If cleaned up and paid attention to cleanliness would be ok.

Keeps getting worse even with newer renovations

Well, I prepaid for two rooms almost 4 weeks ago so my family and I could stay here in Kearney to attend my older son and his new wife’s wedding. The 1st room had dead bugs on the floor, 2nd room looked nothing like the picture on hotels.com website, had peeling paint on the ceiling and paint peelings dropped on the bed and the floor. It was filthy. It was a handicapped accessible room and was the same exact size as the 1st room. The outer door was not secure into the hotel. We were put in another room and it also had dead crickets, plus a dirty bathtub, the sink in the main area was clogged and the sink faucet was broken. I normally stay here but will never stay there again. This place is disgusting and keeps getting worse even with newer renovations.

I stayed at here for 3 days. I started in #1033. It was decent size, clean until we did the walk through. There was a water bug in the shower and a roach crawling up the bathroom wall. The final straw was, walking out the bathroom a pregnant roach was crwaling in the kitchen area. My fiancé and i were fed up. We called the front desk and the lady/cleaning lady..... was very accommodating with switching rooms, apologies and complimentary breakfast coupons, which we never used. We were in the G building way in the back which was kind of scary if you were alone.. The kitchenette are had no kitchen supplies besides plastic cups for coffee. I was glad i brought my own dishes, pots/pans and silverware .Had to buy dish soap to keep kitchen area clean. We did enjoy there bed, we had a" king suite" it was soft and the pillows were amazing. The air conditioning was great. Refrigerator kept everything cold and fresh. Overall, we got rest peacefully and alone time so we were good. The property has potential with improvements starting with spraying the units for bugs, who wants to pay over $300 for 3 days with bugs?

We stayed there the weekend the fair opened. Definitely noticed all of their hotel parking lots full of cars except for ours. By the second night, the crickets were loud in my son’s room. The staff was nice and friendly, but a good review goes out the window once I saw a roach. Had I looked at other people‘s reviews before I booked our rooms I would’ve never stayed there

We were missing a shower head in one of the rooms. The door over by I wouldn’t lock. Was trash over by there as well. But the room was clean and the pool was nice.

The rooms are wonderful! Everything else needs some major help. Property is so overgrown that it appears that it’s never once been mowed. Parking lot has weeds taking it over. Piles of dirt in the halls in front of several rooms. We were checked into a room that wasn’t even cleaned or prepared (bedding was in a pile in the middle of the bed) Was moved to a new room and new room key wouldn’t work to unlock the main door so we could get access to our hall. Got to our new room (across the hall from first room) that was very clean. Within the hour of being moved, there was a couple opening to the door to the (unprepared) room we had just came from. Still dirty, yet front desk checked them in immediately after we just complained. Front desk was kind, explained new staffing issues. Mistakes happen but it seemed very chaotic and disorganized. Disappointed to see that the pool doesn’t open until 10.
