No hot water in the room so unable to shower. Needed to travel and attend an event the next morning so messed up our plans. We believe there should be compensation for this. Otherwise, staff was friendly, room clean, and breakfast was good.

It was a good location and nice rooms. The room had what we needed for a comfortable night stay. The staff was so helpful and kind. Check in, check out, housekeeping and the sweet lady working the breakfast area were all great!
