This motel is off the interstate and has numerous restaurants within easy walking distance. Kearney is a friendly college town. The motel staff share the friendly vibe. The room was very clean and breakfast was good.

Door lock within door jam broken (gapping with no metal separation for lock) and the key mechanism had huge gap between it and door. It was obvious that someone had tried break in at one point. Towels are very dingy and poor quality as well as bedding. The other room, the door had a gap on top so bad that you had to lift the door in order to close and then “slam” it shut to close. 👎
