My room smelled AWFUL. The smell of cigarettes and aerosol hairspray was so strong and deeply embedded in that room's furnishings that I could not sleep well. I didn't even know Aquanet was still on the market. It was like staying in downtown Las Vegas in 1988. I would have demanded another room, but the person who checked me in was so unpleasant that I was uncomfortable approaching him again. In the morning, I discovered that my shower-diverter was unusable. I had to re-dress and call on the front desk just to get a shower. Given how many hotels are in that immediate area (which is oddly lovely), I would not stay here again. It was unfriendly and poorly kept. Yuck.

Everything was perfect, except the fact that I reserved a king bed and was told at the desk when I picked up my key that is what I had. I got to the room and it was queen. I wouldn't really complain because everything else was great but it cost more to get a king. I was a little upset about this. It was late when we got there and we were tired and we left early. It would be nice to be refunded the money.
