Small tv, remote didn’t work. Loud mini fridge. Smelly heater filter. Ants on the floor. Not terrible but could use some upkeep.
Worst hotel I've stayed in! We had two groups of students over 2 days and it was horrible in all rooms. 1 room had a yellow shower/tub area with something growing on the shower head. That same room had black stuff all over the AC. Another room had a burnt out bulb in entry way. It also had no chair or couch so just large open area but bed. The shower head in that room worked but if you adjusted the head at all it sprayed the entire bathroom. It had a horrible smell that would reoccur if you didn't leave the window open even though it was 20 degrees outside! The third room only had 1 bed made and the other had no sheets at all! The window in that room had no screen at all.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bath tub had mold and needed to be re-caulked. Storm window was cracked.

Was very disappointed in this property. It was very old looking inside and in the room, plain, and just not up to par. Would never stay at this property again.

Stopped here for rest during a cross-country road trip because of the pool, but 15 minutes before we arrived some un-supervised children broke a light in the pool so it was closed. Other than a disppointed grandson, our stay was good and we all got the rest we needed.
On a long driving trip decided to pull over and spend the night. Restaurants are within walking distance (so did NOT want to get back in the car). Linens were high quality, not what I would've expected in a budget property. Slept GREAT!!! Thanks!
This was a very nice place to stay. The only problem we had is that we stayed 2 nights. Housekeeping did not come into our room to make beds or leave clean towels. We were out all day, and when we got back the do not disturb sign was on our door which we did not place there. So their excuse was that the sign was out. Management said they had other complaints that day on the same thing.

I was traveling from Colorado to Iowa and needed a good half way point and Kearney, NE was a good place to stop. The hotel was easy to get to, clean, the staff was friendly. They had breakfast that morning - biscuits and gravy - not my kind of food, but they had other options too - toast, bagels, fruit, yogurt. I would stay here again.
The room was fantastic. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was very nice. Anything I needed they accommodated without hesitation. Great trip even if it was to take tests all week.

We have enjoyed our stays here and attempted to use our friends and family before using your service when friends and family rates were full. I misunderstood my husband and thought he made reservations at another hotel when this hotel was full. The other hotel welcomed us and we paid for both hotels and didn't stay at this hotel. We stayed at an unpleasant hotel when we visited our father as he was dying. When we returned for his funeral friends and family was still full and we found another hotel that was pleasant.
OK--room clean but needed updating. They accept pets, and detected a bit of an odor. Bed was comfortable.
The room was very spacious and comfortable. On a two night stay I appreciate maid service which didn't happen. A beverage was left in the refrigerator and there were Cheerios behind the dresser and what appeared to be dried was on the recliner, many dead bugs in the windowsill. The night clerk did her best to make it right by bringing us fresh towels and taking out our trash. Good maid service is a must at a good motel and this place failed us.
