New spacious home on the edge of town, close everything you need. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of space to be outdoors . Nice large family room for entertainment. Brand new bath and bedroom in basement. Sleeps 6-8 and additional guest will be charged $25 per person per night.

The house was perfect for 6 people and as listed. It was the emails 2 days before that added some rules that were not listed on the site. It didn't change anything for us, however I think if your going to want someone to be aware of all of your expectations it should be listed.
