The room was fine (especially for the price we paid). Pool was quite cold but still nice. Receptionist wasn’t very friendly though, we didn’t feel welcome at all, and when asking for a restroom we could use after a long drive (because we arrived early and our room was not ready yet, which is totally understandable), we were told to ‘hold on’ and wait, because there was no restroom we could use. Everything taken into account, we liked the room but not our welcome

Large comfortable and clean room. Free breakfast and wifi, along with plenty of parking. However with accommodations in the area very limited there is no competition and consequently prices are way above what they could charge in almost any other location. Nice gift shop!

Although located on a main road, The Wetherill is a quiet location. The rooms are in good condition but small though we managed for the 2 nights we stayed. The breakfast was acceptable but can get busy and lack sufficient tables and chairs. It is a shame that there is a complete reliance on disposable plates, cups and cutlery throughout both in the rooms and at breakfast. They boast top quality WiFi but its not that great on all devices in the rooms. I had to sit outside to use the WiFi on my phone but had no problem on a tablet. There is a small gift shop and an indoor pool, both were very good. The staff were excellent and couldn’t be more helpful.

Very nice comfortable hotel and staff. It is a very good location for exploring the surrounding area. The breakfast was good. We would definatly stay here again on future adventures exploring the west!

overall, we had a nice stay, the inn has an indoor pool, clean rooms with the basic things you need. breakfast was ok, although they don't have a salty option.  · it is probably the area, but we found this inn extremely expensive for the services and the looks it offers. of course, it was our choice to pay these 156 dollars for one night and this may not be a very eloquent comparison, but we paid as much for an all inclusive treatment at a 4 star hotel in other cities or 50 dollars in las Cruces for a similar stay that was much cleaner, much wider, with a larger variety at breakfast etc. But, as i said, the area offers this range of high prices and we absolutely agreed to make this compromise.

Good size room with comfortable beds. We stayed here as we were doing a tour in Monument Valley the next day. It is a short distance from the main part of Kayenta, but convenient enough. Free Breakfast was very substantial .. boiled eggs instead of scrambled. The bagels were extremely nice. The drive to Monument Valley was about 20-30 minutes … just a bit of a warning, as you head to Monument Valley, and if it is a school day, beware that there is a school zone and the speed limit there is supposedly 15 mph .. I say supposedly, as when I googled most seem to say it is 20mph … yes we got done as we didn't see any signs, and it was just on 8:00 am and saw no school children ...

The room was very nice with all one can ask for in the middle of the desert. The staff was very nice and helped with all requests. The breakfast was very good when I compare it with other we stayed in lately. The price is a high.

This is a motel-type of accommodation, including high frequencies of customers every day. Our review should take this into account. We felt that the management was very dedicated and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Rooms were functional and well serviced every day (we stayed for two days). Breakfast is included in the room price, which comes in very handy to the visiting tourist, and avoids extra cost and time. Location is close to the main sights of Monument Valley, and at the same time also close to the restaurants of Kayenta. Staff was generally friendly and accommodating.

The hotel was clean and a nice place to stay. Room could use some updating but otherwise it was fine. Nothing fancy. Suited the needs to find a place for a night near Monument Valley. I can't comment on breakfast or the pool as I used neither.

The location near Monument Valley and the fact there is only one other hotel in the vicinity probably drives the cost of this motel. It is in the middle of nowhere, with limited eating opportunities. Our room was a good size and included a king size bed, microwave, small refrigerator, and coffee machine. Continental breakfast was included and consisted of pancakes, fruit, breads, cereal, juice, and coffee, Although the Inn was crowded, we did not hear any noise from other rooms. This is a two story building with no elevator. If you want to be on the ground floor, you will need to request it when you reserve your room. This is a no frills facility in a no frills town, and while the price was high, it was $50 cheaper than the only other place in town.
