Sommerwohnung

Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende als Freundinnen hier verbracht. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden zum Kochen, die Betten waren gemütlich, das Bad praktisch und sauber und neu, ein gemütliches Ecksofa, auf dem wir Olympia Damen- Kugelstoßen GOOOOOLD schauen konnten! Aber am besten hat uns der Balkon gefallen. Er ist schön groß, überdacht und davor steht ein großer Baum, der wunderbat entschleunigt!

Sehr schöne Wohnung im EG eines Mehrfamilienhaus. Das Bad ist toll renoviert, die Küche ist nicht nur neu und schön, sondern auch weit über den üblichen Standard hinaus mit Geschirr und Utensilien ausgestattet. Es fehlt praktisch nichts. Überdies ist alles top 100% sauber. Lässt keine Wünsche offen

Gemütliche Wohnung im Wohngebiet

Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und liebevolle Kleinigkeiten zur Begrüßung von der Vermieterin. Wir haben nichts vermisst! Die Lage mitten im Wohngebiet ist sehr ruhig, aber trotzdem hält der Bus vorm Haus und die Bahn in Laufentfernung. Bäcker und Metzger sind auch fussläufig zu erreichen. Abholung durch die Vermieterin am Bahnhof war sogar inbegriffen! Die Kommunikation war problemlos und die Schlüsselübergabe dadurch auch. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Super schönes und ruhiges Appartement. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Das Appartement liegt sehr ruhig und man ist trotzdem schnell mit der Strassenbahn in 30 Minuten im Zentrum und bei der Dokumenta. Gehzeit zur Haltestelle ca. 10 Minuten. Die Wohnung hat zwei gut ausgestattete getrennte Schlafzimmer, ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, eine schöne Küche und ein angenehmes neues Bad. Die Einrichtung ist modern, funktional und absolut up to date und alles super clean. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Von der Begrüßung bis zum unkomplizierten Check-Out war alles super. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und optimal ausgestattet. Wir hatten die Fahrräder mit und konnten über eine idyllische Strecke durch die Aue bis in die Innenstadt fahren.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt, ruhig, schön und sauber

Die Wohnung liegt ideal um von dort mit der Tram oder dem Auto zu starten. Der Bergpark ist ganz easy zu erreichen und unser Hauptausflugsziel in Kassel gewesen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und alles da, was man braucht. Das Bad ist klein und bei 4 Personen könnte es schwierig werden, allein wegen der Ablagemöglichkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Vermieterin war sehr nett und kleine Aufmerksamkeiten erwarteten uns. Gerne empfehlen wir es weiter 👍

Perfekte Grundlage für einen Kassel-Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung hat insofern unserer Erwartungen übertroffen, als dass wir ein nagelneues schickes Badezimmer vorgefunden haben. Ansonsten war alles, wie wir es als Eltern mit einem Kind immer benötigen. 2 geräumige Schlafzimmer separat vom WZ. Küche zur Selbstversorgung mit sämtlichen Utensilien; ein Balkon, auf dem man abends noch gemütlich einen Wein trinken kann, WLAN, um Freunden und Familie mit Bildern eine lange Nase machen zu können. Kostenloses Parken draussen vor dem Haus kein Problem; Bäckerei in 5 Minuten zu Fuss in der Frankfurter Strasse. Wir haben übrigens das Auto stehen lassen und sind mit dem ÖV mit dem Multiticket (8.60€) 2 Erwachsene mit Kind 24 Stunden umhergefahren. Da Kassel nicht Freiburg ist, kann man auch gemütlich mit dem Wagen in die Innenstadt fahren und findet immer einen Parkplatz. Zum Einchecken wurden wir übrigens sehr nett von Marina empfangen, die uns eine kurze Einweisung in die Gegebenheiten gegeben hat. Alles im Allen - die Wohnung ist eine perfekte Grundlage für einen Kassel-Aufenthalt.

Entspannte Tage in einer adretten Kasseler Ferienwohnung

Wir waren angenehm überrascht, vor den Toren zur Innenstadt Kassels in Niederzwehren eine sehr schmucke Ferienwohnung in einer größeren Wohnanlage mit sehr guter Nahverkehrsanbindung gefunden zu haben. Die Vermieterin empfing uns sehr herzlich und trug durch die überaus praktische und zugleich stylische Ausgestaltung unseres Domizils entscheidend dazu bei, dass wir uns vom ersten Tag unseres viertägigen Aufenthalts wohl fühlten. Den eigenen Pkw parkten wir nach der Anreise ohne Schwierigkeit auf der ruhigen Wohnstraße vor dem Haus. Mit der Tram ging es jeweils problemlos in das Zentrum Kassels. Wer die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt ohne lange Anreise kennenlernen will, ist mit dieser Wohnung bestens beraten.
