Parkplatz kostet jetzt Geld (Frechheit), kein Kaffeeautomat, Heizung auf dem Zimmer defekt, Schimmel im Badezimmer, zu wenig WC Papier, Handtücher stinken, Matratze viel zu hart (wie ein Brett). Keine Zimmer Reinigung möglich. Alles nur Schrecklich inkl. Personal

Das Hotel liegt in einem Industriegebiet. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Zimmer war sehr sauber. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag: die Ladestation für Elektrofahrzeuge besser ausschildern.

Leider bekam ich nicht gleich Zugang ins Hotel. Erst nach Anwahl der Notruf-Nummer erfuhr ich, dass meine Buchung zu kurzfristig erfolgt war, um problemlos einchecken zu können (eine Stunde zuvor). Das war nervig!
