Hotel Marsala, Kaş, not a place for foreigners!

The hotel is clean and places in a very nice area. If you will book a room with sea view you won’t be disappointed. Breakfast is tasty and it’s 100% Turkish. The rooms are generously big and clean. Those were the positive aspects of our staying. What didn’t went well. We almost couldn’t sleep at night because there were lots of mosquitoes. We stayed there for 2 nights and even though we have informed the owners about this, they didn’t do anything. It’s true that we booked this hotel before the official opening of the season but still we couldn’t understand this attitude of total indifference. During our staying the room was not cleaned at all. The owners don’t speak English so that we wouldn’t recommend this hotel for foreigners. The last unpleasant experience was when we’ve checked out. Even though the payment was done prior our arrival via Hotels.com they were not aware about this and they’ve asked us to pay the bill again. It was very difficult to explain them the situation . Finally, they have called a friend and he has translated to us.

Marsala çok çok temiz, eşyaların yeni olduğu, samimi şık bir butik otel. Ben ve eşim çok memnun kaldik. Kahvaltılar muhteşem. Manzara ve sonsuzluk havuzu çok guzel. Yataklar çok rahat. Otel sahibi Mehmet bey ve ailesi çok samimi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
