The employees were lovely, and the room was really nice, as was the pool and grounds. It is also a good location, under ten minutes walk to the beach. However, the restaurant area is right in the middle of the rooms and they play loud music (the same five or six albums of elevator music style "jazz") all day from 10am to past 11 at night. Every night there is live music which is so loud in your room that if you don't want to listen to it you have to go out. The rooms are advertised as soundproof which is completely untrue. We tried several times to talk to the manager/owner about not being happy with the volume but she completely dismissed our concerns. I asked if there were any rooms that were quieter and she told me that they were all the same, then later I found out from other guests that the upstairs rooms were in fact much quieter. Not good customer service at all from the manager/owner.

Perfect for the beach or to chill

A terrific place to unwind and relax listening to soothing Jazz. The rooms are a good size and the location of the Hotel perfect for a quick stroll into Kata or Karon beaches. The breakfast sets you up for the day ahead. The staff were brilliant- helpful without being obtrusive, friendly without being too-friendly. And the dog "PasPas" loves a cuddle - but no treats!

Очень понравился отель. Все новое, чистое, крмфортное. Все удобно. И интерьер комнаты, и наличие всего необходимого для отдыха. Зонты даже есть. И музыка, вечером еще и вживую поют и играют, делает пребывание в отеле незабываемо приятным. До пляжа идти минут 15.

Отличный отель , новый, ещё достраивается, т.к. когда жили-делали достраивали бассейн, но можно было ходить в соседнюю гостиницу купаться. Приветливый персонал. Жили в бунгало, просторный дом с верандой,каждый день убирали, давали 2 бутылки воды. Заселили быстро. В номера халаты и должны быть тапки, у соседей были, нам так и не дали, ну,просить не стали, в доме чисто. Есть 2 русских канала. На территории охрана. Все понравилось, единственный минус- не стабильный интернет, но чинили сразу. Отличное место вдали от шума Каты. Вернёмся снова.

Stedet var i seg selv veldig fint og sentralt, men at Hotels.com ikke opplyser om omfattende rehabilitering var ikke bra! Vi reiste med en liten jente på 9mnd og et rom fult av byggestøv er ikke optimalt. Ellers var personalet helt fantastisk og alt du trenger rett i nærheten.

Très bel hôtel mais piscine en travaux...

Très bel hôtel, propre et accueillant. Le personnel est très gentil et le service est de grande qualité. La chambre est propre et bien agencée. Dommage que la piscine soit en travaux, mais le personnel a fait sorte qu'on puisse utiliser la piscine dans un autre établissement. Merci encore pour ce beau séjour.

Bra,nybyggt,fräscht

Nybyggt och jättefräscht, dock var inte poolen färdig så vi vart uppgraderade med rum och frukost, fanns dock 3stycken tuppar på området som gärna gal i tid och otid men man vande sig, skulle lätt bo där igen.
